Common questions about business registration and permits
General
You need: (1) Accomplished application form, (2) DTI/SEC/CDA registration, (3) Barangay business clearance, (4) Lease contract or land title, (5) Valid ID, (6) Community Tax Certificate. Additional requirements may apply depending on business type.
New business permits typically take 3-5 working days. Renewals can be processed within 1-3 working days if all requirements are complete. Same-day processing may be available during the renewal period (January).
Business permits must be renewed on or before January 20 of each year. Surcharges of 25% are imposed for late renewals, plus 2% monthly interest.
Online application is not yet available. Please visit the Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) at the Municipal Hall, Ground Floor. Operating hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Fees vary based on business type, gross sales/capitalization, and applicable taxes. Minimum fees start at approximately ₱500 for micro enterprises. Visit the BOSS office for a detailed assessment.
