OSCA ID Registration
Requirements:
- Birth Certificate or any valid ID showing date of birth
- Barangay Certificate or Certificate of Residency
- 1x1 or 2x2 ID photo (recent)
- Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
Process:
- Visit the OSCA Office at the Municipal Hall
- Submit the required documents
- Fill out the application form
- Have your photo taken (if needed)
- Wait for the ID to be processed (usually 3-5 days)
