The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) reported that 98% of the 85 active 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) beneficiary households in Barangay Calapi are fully compliant with their conditions for the current compliance verification period. Requirements include regular health center visits for pregnant women and children ages 0–5, school attendance of at least 85% for children ages 6–18, and attendance at Family Development Sessions (FDS) conducted monthly. Barangay link Evangeline Mercado attributed the high compliance rate to the monthly monitoring visits by barangay health workers and the strong partnership with Calapi Elementary School for attendance tracking.
